探讨宫瘤清胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析绝经期子宫肌瘤采用宫瘤清胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片的疗效。方法回顾性选取2020年5月—2021年5月在该院收治的100例绝经期子宫肌瘤患者作为该次的研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分成研究组与常规组,各50例。常规组患者口服枸橼酸他莫昔芬片,研究组在常规组的基础上加用宫瘤清胶囊进行治疗。比较常规组与研究组患者的疗效,子宫体积与肌瘤体积,激素水平,炎症因子水平,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,常规组患者总有效率为80.00%,低于研究组总有效率94.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者子宫体积与肌瘤体积小于常规组患者;治疗后研究组患者雌二醇(E2)与孕酮(P)水平小于常规组患者;治疗后研究组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平小于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,常规组不良反应发生率为8.00%,研究组不良反应发生率为4.00%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.177,P>0.05)。结论对于绝经期子宫肌瘤的患者采取宫瘤清胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,能够对患者的E2、P水平,hs-CRP与TNF-α水平进行降低,缩减子宫肌瘤的体积,其疗效更加显著,并且安全性良好,值得广泛的应用。Objective To analyze the effect of Gongliuqing capsule combined with tamoxifen citrate tablets in the treatment of menopausal hysteromyoma.Methods 100 patients with menopausal hysteromyoma treated in the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and conventional group,with 50 in each group.The patients in the conventional group took tamoxifen citrate tablets orally,and the study group was treated with Gongliuqing capsule on the basis of the conventional group.The effect,uterine volume and hysteromyoma volume,hormone level,inflammatory factor level,adverse reactions of patients in the conventional group and the study group were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the conventional group was 80.00%,which was lower than 94.00%of the study group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05);After treatment,the uterine volume and hysteromyoma volume in the study group were smaller than those in the conventional group.After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group;Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were lower that than those in the conventional group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was 8.00%and that in the study group was 4.00%,but the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.177,P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with menopausal hysteromyoma,Gongliuqing capsule combined with tamoxifen citrate tablets can lower the levels of E2,P,hs-CRP and TNF-αand reduce the volume of hysteromyoma.Its effect is more significant,and its safety is good,which is worthy of wide application.
