分析达英-35配合促排卵法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果及妊娠结局影响

摘　　要：目的分析多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者治疗中采用达英-35联合促排卵法的效果及妊娠结局。方法选取2020年7月—2021年7月收治的70例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者为研究对象,以治疗方案不同分组,对照组实施达英-35治疗,观察组则在达英-35治疗基础上联合促排卵法治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果及患者妊娠结局。结果观察组治疗后促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)及睾酮(T)指标为(5.0±0.2)IU/L、(6.1±2.3)IU/L、(1.2±0.6)mmol/L,低于对照组的(5.6±0.3)IU/L、(13.5±3.2)IU/L、(1.8±1.0)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=9.845、11.109、3.044,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,卵巢体积低于对照组,卵泡个数较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排卵周期较对照组短,周期排卵率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床妊娠率相比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组流产率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者临床治疗中,以达英-35为治疗基础,结合促排卵方案治疗,能够改善卵巢功能,促性激素释放,通过改善内分泌紊乱情况,有效促排卵,为临床受孕提供充足的条件。达英-35联合促排卵方案对多囊卵巢综合征不孕的治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect and pregnancy outcomes of Diane-35 combined with ovulation induction in the treatment of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Selected 70 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated from July 2020 to July 2021 as the research objects,divided into different treatment plans,the control group was treated with Diane-35,and the observation group was treated with Diane-35 on the basis of combined ovulation induction therapy.Comparison of clinical treatment effects and pregnancy outcomes between the two groups.Results After treatment,the indexes of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)in the observation group were(5.0±0.2)IU/L,(6.1±2.3)IU/L,(1.2±0.6)mmol/L,which were lower than those of the control group(5.6±0.3)IU/L,(13.5±3.2)IU/L,(1.8±1.0)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.845,11.109,3.044,P<0.05).After treatment,in the observation group increased,the endometrial thickness was lower than that of the control group,the ovarian volume was lower than that of the control group,and the number of follicles was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation cycle of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the cycle ovulation rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,Diane-35 combined with ovulation hyperstimulation solution could improve the ovarian function and promote the release of sex hormones.By improving the endocrine disorder,ovulation can be effectively promoted and sufficient conditions for cli
