摘  要:实践教学是小学教育专业职前培养的重要教学环节之一,直接影响师范生师德养成与能力培养,是帮助师范生生成实践性知识、提高实践能力的关键所在。师范类院校在提高实践教学质量上面临着严峻考验,需要不断健全和完善其实践教学体系。基于小学教育专业二级认证标准,探索师范类院校在培养卓越小学教师中实践教学体系的构建与实施。Practical teaching is one of the important teaching links in the pre-service training of primary education.It directly affects the cultivation of teachers morality and ability of normal university students,and is the key to help normal university students to generate practical knowledge and improve their practical ability.Being faced with a severe test in improving the quality of practical teaching,normal colleges need to constantly improve their practical teaching system.Based on the secondary certification standards for primary education,this paper explores the construction and implementation of practical teaching system in the training of excellent primary school teachers in normal colleges.
