智能化衬砌台车在二衬浇筑中的应用

摘　　要：在隧道施工建设过程中,南玉2标项目始终坚持安全第一、质量至上的理念,根据铁路总公司(工管质安函[2016]233号),落实“工装保工艺、以工艺保质量”理念,不断改进工艺工装,二衬浇筑采用智能化衬砌台车,配置自动布料系统、附着式及拱顶插入式振捣器、液位继电器、软搭接和带模注浆机等,实现了自动分仓浇筑,有效防止了一孔灌到底的浇筑方式。气动附着式振捣、拱顶插入式振捣装置提高了混凝土密实度。通过液位继电器、拱顶透明端头模板及溢浆孔等装置可实时监控混凝土浇筑,掌握浇筑进程,浇筑完成后2小时后采用带模注浆机进行带模注浆作业,有效预防拱顶脱空,保障衬砌混凝土浇筑质量。In the process of tunnel construction,the Nanyu 2 bid project has always adhered to the concept of safety first and quality first.The concept of"guaranteeing quality",constantly improving the process tooling,using intelligent lining trolley for secondary lining pouring,equipped with automatic distribution system,attached and dome insertion type vibrators,liquid level relays,soft lap joints and grouting machines with molds,etc.,to achieve automatic sub-silo pouring,effectively preventing the pouring method of one hole pouring to the end.Pneumatic attached vibrators and dome-inserted vibrators improve concrete compaction.Concrete pouring can be monitored in real time through devices such as liquid level relays,dome transparent end formwork and overflow holes,and the pouring process can be mastered.Two hours after the pouring is completed,a die grouting machine is used to carry out the grouting operation with a die,which can effectively prevent the dome.Empty to ensure the quality of lining concrete pouring.
