摘　　要：志愿服务是人民群众参与社会治理的重要方式之一,两者在理念、目标和内容等方面都有着相通之处。2020年初爆发的新冠肺炎疫情对我国乃至世界产生了巨大冲击,疫情防控中志愿服务在价值引领、关系协调、心理疏导,活力激发等方面发挥了不可替代的社会治理功能。同构思想基础以提供社会治理动力,立足民生关切以提高社会治理精度,培养志愿队伍以提升社会治理专业化水平等,能够促进志愿服务与社会治理的深度融合。Volunteer service is one of the important ways for people to participate in social governance.Volunteer service and social governance have similarities in concepts,goals,and content.The COVID-19 pandemic that broke out in early 2020 has had a huge impact on China and the world.In the prevention and control of the pandemic,volunteer services have played an irreplaceable social governance function in terms of value guidance,network coordination,psychological counseling,and vitality stimulation.It can help promote the deep integration of volunteer service and social governance by providing the ideological basis for social governance,improving the precision of social governance by focusing on people's livelihood concerns,and cultivating volunteer teams to enhance professionalism of social governance.
