团队认知护理模式对儿童白血病患儿化疗后的护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的探究在对儿童白血病展开化疗后护理工作的过程中将团队认知护理模式进行应用对患儿护理干预的影响。方法随机选取该院2019年1月—2021年5月收治的100例儿童白血病患儿作为研究对象,将其分为研究组,对照组,各50例,均接受化疗,在化疗后分别给予患儿常规护理与团队认知护理模式下的护理干预,对比两组患儿的抑郁评分、焦虑评分、不良反应发生率和家属满意度。结果研究组患儿的焦虑评分(41.39±7.04)分、抑郁评分(41.23±7.23)分,家属满意度96.00%,恶心呕吐发生率44.00%,食欲减退发生率50.00%,便秘发生率26.00%,腹泻发生率12.00%,腹痛发生率10.00%,研究组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.271、5.421,χ^(2)=5.005、10.667、5.086、7.104、7.895、6.250,P<0.05)。结论白血病患儿化疗后的生活质量受到严重影响,需要给予有效护理。在此基础上将团队认知护理模式进行应用,其效果较好,可减少患儿不良反应发生率,改善患儿不良情绪,对促进患儿恢复具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of applying the team cognitive nursing model on the nursing intervention of children in the process of post-chemotherapy nursing work for children with leukemia.Methods 100 children with childhood leukemia admitted in the hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group,all of whom received chemotherapy.After chemotherapy,the children were given routine nursing care and nursing intervention under the team cognitive nursing mode.The depression score,anxiety score,incidence of adverse reactions and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score of the children in the study group was(41.39±7.04)points,the depression score was(41.23±7.23)points,the family satisfaction was 96.00%,the incidence of nausea and vomiting was 44.00%,the incidence of loss of appetite was 50.00%,the incidence of constipation was 26.00%,the incidence of diarrhea was 12.00%,and the incidence of abdominal pain was 10.00%.All indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.271,5.421,χ^(2)=5.005,10.667,5.086,7.104,7.895,6.250,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of children with leukemia after chemotherapy is seriously affected,and effective nursing care is needed.On this basis,the application of the team cognitive nursing model has a good effect,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children,improve children's negative emotions,and has positive significance for promoting children's recovery.
