叙事护理对晚期胃癌患者的心理弹性及悲伤程度的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌晚期患者进行叙事护理对患者的心理弹性以及悲伤程度的影响。方法方便选取2019年7月—2021年7月该院收治的胃癌晚期患者147例作为研究对象,按照随机法将其分为观察组(74例)和一般组(73例),一般组主要对患者进行常规护理,观察组在一般组的基础上进行叙事护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的悲伤程度为(69.70±6.31)分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)为(38.6±5.8)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)为(42.6±7.3)分明显低于一般组的(93.28±9.38)分、(51.2±7.7)分、(51.4±6.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.905、11.216、7.872,P<0.05)。心理弹性水平及生活质量评分明显高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.214、8.415、7.311、3.699、9.410、6.324、4.969,P<0.05)。结论对晚期胃癌患者进行叙事干预能有效降低其悲伤情绪,提高其心理弹性,从而使生活质量得到有效提升。Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on the psychological resilience and sadness of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 147 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in the hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were conveniently selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into observation group(74 cases)and general group(73 cases),the general group mainly received routine nursing care for the patients,and the observation group received narrative nursing on the basis of the general group,and the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the sadness level of the observation group was(69.70±6.31)points,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)was(38.6±5.8)points,and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)was(42.6±7.3)points,which were significantly lower than those of the general group(93.28±9.38)points,(51.2±7.7)points and(51.4±6.2)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=17.905,11.216,7.872,P<0.05).The level of psychological resilience and quality of life scores were significantly higher than those of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.214,8.415,7.311,3.699,9.410,6.324,4.969,P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative intervention for advanced gastric cancer patients can effectively reduce their sadness,improve their psychological resilience,and effectively improve their quality of life.
