引领式健康教育模式对寰枢椎骨折患者护理干预效果

摘  要:目的探究对寰枢椎骨折患者应用引领式健康教育方法的护理效果。方法随机选取该院2019年1月—2021年2月收治的100例寰枢椎骨折患者,随机法分组,分为给予常规护理的对照组(n=50)和给予引领式健康教育模式的研究组(n=50),比较不同护理干预效果。结果术后7、30 d,研究组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别为(2.07±0.72)分、(0.93±0.11)分,术后30 d和术后6个月的日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分分别为(16.65±1.44)分和(16.56±0.32)分,基础知识、并发症预防、合理用药和健康锻炼掌握程度评分分别为(24.32±0.91)分、(22.56±3.42)分、(24.45±0.43)分、(23.45±1.88)分,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=11.014、28.748、8.625、9.845、20.068、8.575、27.071、22.063,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率8.00%低于对照组24.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.762,P<0.05)。结论将引领式健康教育方法应用在寰枢椎骨折患者中具有积极意义,有利于促进患者恢复,提高患者对疾病的认识,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the nursing effect of leading health education on patients with at lantoaxial fractures.Methods A total of 100 patients with annular axis fractures who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were conveniently selected,and randomly divided into the control group(n=50)given routine care and the study group(n=50)given the leading health education model,respectively,to compared the effects of different nursing interventions.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the patients in the study group were(2.07±0.72)points and(0.93±0.11)points at 7 d and 30 d after operation,respectively.The scores of Association Assessment and Treatment(JOA)were(16.65±1.44)points and(16.56±0.32)points respectively,and the scores of basic knowledge,complication prevention,rational drug use and healthy exercise mastery were(24.32±0.91)points,(22.56±3.42)points,(24.45±0.43)points,and(23.45±1.88)points,respectively.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.014,28.748,8.625,9.845,20.068,8.575,27.071,22.063,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 8.00%lower than that in the control group(24.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.762,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of leading-type health education methods in patients with atlantoaxial fractures is of positive significance to patients.It is beneficial to promote the recovery of patients,improve patients'understanding of the disease,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
