手术室护理中应用全程无缝隙护理模式对护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理中应用全程无缝隙护理模式对护理质量与患者情绪状态的影响。方法便利抽取2018年6月—2020年12月在该院开展手术治疗的患者96例为研究对象,根据随机抛硬币方式分为参照组与研究组,每组48例。参照组患者施以常规护理模式,研究组患者施以全程无缝隙护理模式。观察不同护理方式的效果。结果研究组并发症发生率(4.16%)明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.095,P=0.013);研究组护理质量评分为(90.14±3.87)分,与参照组对比,差异有统计学意义(t=13.809,P<0.001),研究组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(35.41±3.08)分、(34.14±3.26)分,均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.359、15.294,P<0.001);研究组患者护理满意度(95.83%)高于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.362,P=0.003)。结论手术室护理中应用全程无缝隙护理模式能够提升护理质量,降低并发症发生率,对于改善患者负性情绪具有积极意义,值得在临床中大力推广。Objective To explore the effect of the application of the whole process seamless nursing model in operating room nursing on nursing quality and patients'emotional state.Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were conveniently selected as the research subjects,according to the random coin tossing method,they were divided into reference group and study group,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given the routine nursing mode,and the patients in the study group were given the whole-process seamless nursing mode.Observed the effect of different nursing methods.Results The incidence of complications in the study group(4.16%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.095,P=0.013).The nursing quality score of the study group was(90.14±3.87)points,compared with the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.809,P<0.001).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the study group were(35.41±3.08)points and(34.14±3.26)points,respectively,compared with the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.359,15.294,P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group(95.83%)was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.362,P=0.003).Conclusion The application of the whole-process seamless nursing model in operating room nursing can improve the quality of care and reduce the incidence of complications.It has positive significance for improving the negative emotions of patients and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
