摘　　要：经过20多年的发展,我国检务公开工作的内容、方式等逐步完善,特别是《人民检察院案件信息公开工作规定(试行)》的施行,有力提升了检务公开的水平。但在面对“互联网+”以及社会公众对法治产品新需求的新形势下,我国检务公开制度仍面临检务公开法律规范体系不健全、检务公开原则规定与具体法律规定衔接不够、检务公开的范围和内容不全面、检务公开时效性不够、检务公开监督不到位等问题。结合我国检察工作实践,尝试将基本人权保障作为检务公开范围的核心判断标准。在此基础上,提出从检务公开的法治思想引领、检务公开的原则、制定检务公开制度专门法律、增强检务公开的司法责任制属性、完善检务公开的救济方式和渠道等方面对检务公开制度进行完善。After more than 20 years of development,the contents and methods of the opening procuratorial affairs in China have been gradually improved,especially the implementation of the provision on case information disclosure of people’s procuratorates(Trial Implementation),which has effectively improved the level of the opening procuratorial affairs.However,in the face of the new situation of Internet and the new demand of the public for legal products,the opening procuratorial affairs in China still face some problems,such as the imperfect procuratorial system,insufficiencythe disconnection between the principles of the opening procuratorial affairs and the specific legal provisions,of the scope and content of the opening procuratorial affairs,and the inadequate supervision of the opening procuratorial affairs.Combined with the practice of the procuratorial work in China,basic human rights should be taken as the core judgment standard of the scope of procuratorial openness.On this basis,this paper perfects the opening procuratorial affairs system from different aspects,includingthe guidance of the rule of law thought of the opening procuratorial affairs,the principles of the opening procuratorial affairs,the formulation of special laws for the system of the opening procuratorial affairs,the enhancement of the judicial responsibility attribute of the opening procuratorial affairs,and the improvement of the methods and channels of the opening procuratorial affairs.
