摘 要:采用微波消解法和氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法考察并比较了5台容量25~300 MW循环流化床(CFB)机组和5台容量300~600 MW煤粉炉(PC)机组入炉煤和燃烧副产物中铅的分布及富集特性。浓度归一法、质量分布法和相对富集系数法均表明PC机组入炉煤燃烧后绝大部分铅富集在飞灰中,而CFB机组较低的炉膛温度和入炉煤较高的灰分含量导致其底渣中也富集有一部分铅。The distribution and enrichment characteristics of Pb in feed coal and combustion by-products from five circulating fluidized bed(CFB)units between 25MW to 300MW and five pulverized coal furnace(PC)units between 300MW to 600MW were investigated by the microwave digestion and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results of concentration normalization method,mass distribution method and relative enrichment factor method indicate that Pb is mainly enriched in fly ash after combustion.While the lower furnace temperature and the higher ash content of feed coal from CFB units lead to a certain enrichment degree of Pb in the bottom slag.
