摘 要:由于超低排放的要求,大型燃煤电站锅炉通常采用分级配风方式以降低NO_(x)的生成,该技术使得炉膛主燃烧区还原性气氛变强,水冷壁更容易结渣。安装吹灰器是一种最直观且行之有效的除渣手段,但传统理念认为吹灰器不应安装在主燃区,以避免影响燃烧的稳定。在某水冷壁区域容易掉渣的1050MW对冲锅炉和某主燃区水冷壁结焦严重的480 t/h四角切圆锅炉完成主燃区加装吹灰器改造,均收到较好的效果。在1050 MW锅炉的主燃区左右侧墙加装3层共12只型吹灰器,改造后炉膛水冷壁的污染率降低;在480 t/h锅炉主燃区加装24只吹灰器,投运吹灰器能够使炉膛出口温度下降超过50℃,水冷壁结焦明显改善,锅炉出力提高30%以上。With the requirement of ultra-low emission control,staged air combustion is widely used in large scale coal-fired boilers to reduce the generation of NO_(x).This means stronger reducing atmosphere in the main combustion area which results in an increase of slagging tendency the water wall.The installation of soot blowers is a common and effective way for slagging removal.However,the traditional point of view is that soot blowers which may affect the stability of combustion should not be installed in the main combustion area.The retrofit of installing soot blowers in the main combustion area has been applied in a 1050 MW boiler which is easy to slag off in the water wall area and a 480 t/h boiler which is seriously slagged in the water wall area.After the retrofit,both boilers achieve good results.Three layers of 12 soot blowers have been installed on left and right side walls of the 1050 MW boiler which can reduce the pollution rate of the water wall.24 soot blowers have been installed in the main combustion area of the 480 t/h boiler which can make a 50℃decrease of the furnace outlet temperature,improve the slagging situation of the water wall and increase the boiler output by more than 30%.
