摘 要:在实际运行中,风粉分配的均匀性对煤粉的清洁高效燃烧以及锅炉设备的安全运行有着重要意义。以某电厂中速磨煤机的送粉管为研究对象,运用数值模拟的方法,探究调节阀技术和射流技术对风粉分配的影响。结果表明,调节阀技术在一定限度内可将煤粉浓度分配偏差降低至10%以内,超出一定限度时,可采用两种技术相结合的方法将煤粉浓度分配偏差降低至10%以内。In practical operation,the uniformity of air powder distribution is of great significance to the clean and efficient combustion of pulverized coal and the safe operation of boiler equipment.The effects of regulating valve technology and jet technology on the air velocity and pulverized coal distribution in the pulverized coal feeding pipeline of a medium speed pulverizer are studied by numerical simulation.The results show that the regulating valve technology can reduce pulverized coal concentration distribution deviation to less than 10%within a certain limit.When it exceeds a certain limit,the combination of two technologies can be used to reduce the pulverized coal concentration distribution deviation to less than 10%.
