摘　　要：某机组运行过程中顶轴油软管发生漏油。通过对软管断裂位置进行宏观观察、断口及表面微观分析、化学成分分析以及金相组织分析等,并结合软管额定工作压力和实际工作压力,最终确定了软管的开裂原因。The top shaft oil pipe leaks during the operation of a unit.Through macroscopic observation,fracture and surface microscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis and metallographic analysis of the fracture position of pipe,combined with the rated working pressure and actual working pressure,the cracking reason of pipe is finally determined.
