某机组EH油管道振动大泄漏成因分析

摘　　要：某电厂2号机组B修后调试中,EH油管路出现异常振动、泄漏,排查发现节流孔未装,引发管路油流超速以及管路振动、泄漏,进而分析1号机组旋转隔板EH油路振动偏大缘由,为投运旋转隔板压力自动控制提供依据。Abnormal vibration and leakage occurred in EH oil pipeline during the repair and commissioning of a power plant set.It was found that the throttle hole was not installed,which caused the overspeed of pipeline oil flow,pipeline vibration and leakage.Furthermore,the cause of EH oil circuit vibration of rotating baffle of the same type unit was analyzed,providing a basis for automatic pressure control of rotating baffle in operation.
