摘  要:针对质子交换膜燃料电池(Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell,PEMFC)发电系统输入电流纹波大的问题,设计一种前级为带有源钳位的隔离式DC-DC变换器,后级为半桥式DC-AC逆变器的升压逆变器,并提出一种新型闭环控制策略。在Matlab/Simulink中创建仿真模型和控制模块,采用最大功率跟随控制和时间延时控制结合,实现交流侧和直流全桥侧对直流推挽侧脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)波形的控制。仿真结果表明,设计的变换器的输入电流纹波约为1.3%,推挽侧开关管实现软开关运行,可以满足PEMFC发电系统对低频输入电流纹波的要求,验证了所设计的拓扑结构和控制策略的可行性。Aiming at the problem of large input current ripple in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell(PEMFC)power generation system,a boost inverter with isolated DC-DC converter with source clamping in the front stage and half bridge DC-AC Inverter in the rear stage is designed,and a new closed-loop control strategy is proposed.The simulation model and control module are created in Matlab/Simulink.The combination of maximum power following control and time delay control is used to realize the control of DC pushpull side Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)waveform on AC side and DC full bridge side.The simulation results show that the input current ripple of the designed converter is about 1.3%,and the push-pull side switch realizes soft switching operation,which can meet the requirements of PEMFC power generation system for low-frequency input current ripple,and verify the feasibility of the designed topology and control strategy.
