心盛在外来中青年归属感与生活满意度间中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨心盛在外来中青年的归属感与生活满意度间的中介作用。方法采用立意抽样方法,选择东莞市来自学校、医院、企业等6家单位的581名外来中青年人群为研究对象,采用《一般归属感量表》《心盛量表》《生活满意度量表》对其归属感、心盛和生活满意度进行调查。结果东莞市外来中青年的归属感、心盛、生活满意度得分分别为(63.2±12.4)、(42.7±8.8)和(22.6±6.8)分。归属感与心盛、生活满意度得分均呈正相关[相关系数(r)分别为0.69,0.48,P值均<0.01],心盛与生活满意度得分呈正相关(r=0.72,P<0.01)。心盛在外来中青年的归属感与生活满意度之间起到完全中介作用(中介效应为0.28,95%置信区间为0.24~0.33,P<0.01)。结论心盛在东莞市外来中青年的归属感与生活满意度关系中起到完全中介作用。Objective To explore the mediating effect of flourishing between belongingness and life satisfaction among migrant young-and middle-age population.Methods A total of 581 migrant young-and middle-age people from universities,hospitals and enterprise in Dongguan City were selected as the study subjects by purposive sampling method.The belongingness,flourishing and life satisfaction of these subjects were investigated and analyzed using the General Belongingness Scale,the Flourishing Scale,and Satisfaction with Life Scale.Results The scores of belongingness,flourishing and life satisfaction in the study subjects were(63.2±12.4),(42.7±8.8)and(22.6±6.8),respectively.The score of belongingness were positively correlated with both the scores of flourishing and life satisfaction[the correlation coefficient(r)were 0.69 and 0.48,respectively,all P<0.01).The score of flourishing was positively correlated with life satisfaction score(r=0.72,P<0.01).Flourishing played a complete mediating role in the influence of belongingness on life satisfaction(mediating effect was 0.28,95%confidence interval was 0.24-0.33,P<0.01).Conclusion Flourishing plays a complete mediating role in the influence of belongingness on life satisfaction in migrant young-and middle-age population in Dongguan City.
