摘　　要：目的分析某油田油气集输女工月经异常和痛经现状及其影响因素。方法采用判断抽样方法,选择某油田659名油气集输女工为研究对象,采用《女工生殖健康调查表》调查其月经异常和痛经现状,分析影响因素。结果研究对象月经异常患病率为49.8%(328/659),痛经患病率为20.3%(134/659)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、流产史、轮班和工作强度均是月经异常的影响因素(P值均<0.05);文化程度、工龄、流产史、接触职业病危害因素和工作强度均是痛经的影响因素(P值均<0.05)。结论某油田油气集输女工月经异常和痛经现状不容乐观;职业因素(工龄、轮班、接触职业病危害因素、工作强度)与流产史均为月经异常和痛经的主要影响因素。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of abnormal menstruation and dysmenorrhea in female workers of an oilfield with oil and gas gathering and transportation.Methods A total of 659 female workers of an oilfield with oil and gas gathering and transportation were selected as the research subjects by judgment sampling.The Reproductive Health Survey of Female Workers was used to investigate the status of abnormal menstruation and dysmenorrhea and analyze its influencing factors.Results The rate of abnormal menstruation was 49.8%(328/659).The rate of dysmenorrhea was 20.3%(134/659).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,history of abortion,work shift and work intensity were influencing factors for abnormal menstruation(all P<0.05).The degree of education,length of service,history of abortion,exposure to occupational hazards and working intensity were influencing factors of dysmenorrhea(all P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal menstruation and dysmenorrhea of female workers in the oilfield are not optimistic.Occupational factors(length of service,work shift,occupational hazards exposure,work intensity)and history of abortion were the main influencing factors for abnormal menstruation and dysmenorrhea.
