摘 要:目的研究腔内心电定位技术联合体外测量法对确定上臂输液港导管尖端位置的准确率及一次穿刺成功率的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年4月进行植入上臂式输液港的126例患者为研究对象,根据“数字随机分配法”分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用体外测量法行输液港置管术,观察组则采用腔内心电定位技术联合体外测量法,比较2组患者上臂输液港置管术情况及医护评价。结果观察组导管尖端位置的准确率为98.41%,显著高于对照组的87.30%(P<0.05);观察组一次穿刺成功率(98.41%)及穿刺成功时间[(364.67±30.29)s]均高于对照组[87.30%、(457.15±35.84)s](P<0.05);观察组医患对植入技术的满意度为87.30%,高于对照组的73.02%(P<0.05)。结论采用腔内心电定位技术联合体外测量法对上臂输液港导管尖端位置的确定准确率及一次穿刺成功率较高,优势相比单一的测量技术更为明显,医患满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of intracavitary electrocardiography combined with vitro measurement on the accuracy of determining the tip position of catheter in upper arm infusion port and one-time success rate.Methods A total of 126 patients who underwent implantation into the upper arm infusion port in our hospital from February 2020 to April 2021 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group were treated by vitro measurement to perform tube insertion,however,those in observation group were treated by intracavitary electrocardiography combined with vitro measurement.The upper arm infusion port catheterization status and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy of determining the tip position of catheter in upper arm infusion port in observation group was 98.41%,which was significantly higher than that(87.30%)in control group(P<0.05).The one-time success rate of puncture in observation group was 98.41%and puncture time was(364.67±30.29)s,which were superior to those[87.30%&(457.15±35.84)s]in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the satisfaction rate of patients and medical workers in observation group was 87.30%,which was significantly higher than that(73.02%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intracavitary electrocardiography combined with vitro measurement has higher accuracy of determining the tip position of catheter in upper arm infusion port and one-time success rate of puncture,which is superiot to simple vitro measurement method,with higher satisfaction rate of patients and medical workers.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
