摘　　要：目的研究医疗-患者-亲属三位一体护理干预对直肠癌放疗患者预后及生活质量的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年11月收治的直肠癌放疗患者60例,随机分为参照组(普通护理)和干预组(医疗-患者-亲属三位一体护理干预),每组30例。观察2组自我症状评分(SCL-90自我症状评定表)、生活质量(SF-36生活质量评定表)、自我护理能力[自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)]和满意度。结果干预组患者的自我症状评分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组生活质量评分明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、自我护理能力总分均大于参照组(P<0.05)。参照组满意率低于干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对直肠癌患者采取医疗-患者-亲属三位一体护理干预,患者自身症状评明显改善,有效提高其生活质量水平,适合临床推荐。Objective To investigate the application effects of medical-patients-relatives trinity nursing intervention in improving the prognosis and life quality of patients with rectal cancer after radiotherapy.Methods Sixty patients with rectal cancer who were treated by radiotherapy in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group(general nursing)and intervention group(medical-patients-relatives trinity nursing intervention),with 30 cases in each group.The self-symptom score(SCL-90 self-symptom rating scale),quality of life(SF-36 quality of life rating scale),self-care ability(Self-care ability scale(ESCA))and satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The self-symptom scores and life quality scores in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total scores of health knowledge level,self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills and self-care ability in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of patients in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical-patients-relatives trinity nursing intervention for patients with rectal cancer after radiotherapy can effectively improve self-symptom scores and life quality scores of patients,therefore,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
