摘  要:新型电液射流偏转板伺服阀内部工作特性尚无详细研究。建立了数学三维模型,并对阀体内部放大级关键流场区域进行了网格划分以及迭代计算。采用Fluent软件对模型进行流场分析,得到了油液在阀体中的运动状态、压力分布、速度分布等数据,并将射流偏转板伺服阀在不同结构参数下的工作特性进行了对比。研究结果对产品设计、使用具有重要的指导意义。The internal working characteristics of the new electro-hydraulic jet deflection board servo valve have not been studied in detail. A mathematical three-dimensional model is established, and the key flow field area of the enlargement stage inside the valve body is meshed and calculated iteratively. The flow field analysis of the model was carried out by fluent software, the data of the motion state, pressure distribution and speed distribution of the fluid in the valve body were obtained, and the working characteristics of the jet deflector servo valve under different structural parameters were compared. The results of the study have important guiding significance for product design and use.
