摘　　要：随着环保政策的标准提高,对热镀锌生产线锌烟雾环保治理势在必行。归纳并总结了目前纷杂的锌烟雾捕集方式的结构特点、应用范围、优缺点及选择依据;调研结果表明,脉冲布袋式除尘系统仍占据锌烟雾处理的主流,旋风布袋组合式、湿法静电式、多段分离式除尘器等其他方式偶有应用案例,仍然处于探索阶段,并未形成工业化、规模化应用;塑烧板除尘器、日本某粉尘环保抑制处理技术在轧钢、中频炉冶炼等领域,应用成熟,目前正在引入到热镀锌行业锌烟雾等领域抑尘。初步试验结果表明,效果良好,有望促进整个热镀锌行业锌烟雾处理的技术革命,值得推广。Environment protection treatment of the zinc smoke of hot-dip galvanizing production line has been imperative as environmental protection policies tighten. The following conclusions are drawn through studies on and summary of the structural characteristics, application scope, advantages, disadvantages and selection basis of diversified zinc smoke capture methods: the pulse-jet bag filter dust collector remains dominant, while cyclone bag dust collector, wet electrostatic dust filter, multi-stage separation dust collector and other methods, which are currently being explored, have not yet seen industrialization or large-scale adoption. Such technologies as sinter plate dust collector and a Japanese dust treatment method are being introduced into the field of zinc smoke suppression in hot-dip galvanizing industry due to their mature development in the areas of steel rolling and intermediate frequency smelting furnace. The preliminary tests have shown good results, and it is expected that these technologies, well worth popularizing, will promote the technological revolution of zinc smoke treatment in the whole hot-dip galvanizing industry.
