摘　　要：液压泥炮在使用过程中经常遇到漏泥、返泥、漏油等问题,影响设备正常使用,成为制约高炉生产的瓶颈之一。通过准确分析漏泥、返泥、漏油产生的原因并提出处置方案,可有效保证液压泥炮的稳定运行,保证高炉正常生产。Hydraulic clay gun often encounters mud leakage, mud return, oil leakage and other faults in the process of us, which affects the normal use of the equipment and becomes one of the bottlenecks restricting the production of blast furnace. By analyzing the causes of mud leakage, mud return and oil leakage and putting forward the disposal scheme, the stable operation of hydraulic clay gun can be effectively guaranteed and the normal production of blast furnace can be guaranteed.
