摘 要:为了分析平整机在轧制的过程中发生工作辊的端部压靠的现象,本文利用通用有限元软件建立了辊系与轧件的有限元模型,分析了弯辊力、轧制力、辊径等因素对工作辊端部压靠的影响。为平整工艺提供了可以借鉴的理论依据。结果显示适当的正弯辊力可以增大工作辊端部间隙,避免端部压靠的发生。过大的轧制力反而加剧端部压靠的情况,而工作辊的直径大小对端部压靠影响很小。薄窄带钢更容易发生端部压靠现象。故加载正确的正弯辊力是解决工作辊端部压靠的重要手段。Aimed at work roll edge contact of temper mill, this paper established the finite element model for roll system and strip by general FEM software, this paper analysed the work roll edge contact influenced by work roll bending force, rolling force, roll diameter and so on, theory basis was provided for temper technology.The results show that the proper positive bending force can increase the gap at the end of the working roll and avoid the edge contact. Excessive Rolling Force only aggravates the situation of edge contact, and the diameter of work roll has little effect on edge contact. Thin Strip steel is more prone to edge contact phenomenon. Therefore, loading correct positiv bending force is an important means to solve the problem of working roll edge contact.
