中药加干扰素凝胶在宫颈内口塌渍清除HPV的临床实践

摘　　要：目的探讨中药加干扰素凝胶在宫颈内口塌渍清除人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)中的应用价值。方法便利选择2019年5月—2021年5月泰安市中医二院收治的宫颈HPV感染患者98例,按随机数表法分为对照组(49例)、研究组(49例)。对照组采用干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,研究组加用中药塌渍治疗,均持续治疗3个月。对比分析两组HPV转阴率、HPV转阴时间及异常分泌物持续时间、临床疗效、中医证候积分、宫颈炎症积分、不良反应。结果研究组治疗1、3个月后HPV转阴率分别为69.39%、95.92%,高于对照组的46.94%、81.63%,治疗总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.074,P=0.024;χ^(2)=5.108,P=0.025;χ^(2)=4.346,P=0.037);研究组HPV转阴时间、异常分泌物持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前中医证候、宫颈炎症积分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗1、3个月后中医证候、宫颈炎症积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药塌渍加干扰素α-2b凝胶能够促使宫颈HPV感染患者宫颈内口HPV转阴,改善中医症候,减轻宫颈炎症,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine plus interferon gel in the removal of human papillomavirus(HPV)from the cervix collapsing.Methods From May 2019 to May 2021,98 patients with cervical HPV infection who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Tai'an City were conveniently selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group(49 cases)and study group(49 cases).The control group was treated with interferonα-2b gel,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment was continued for 3 months.The HPV negative rate,HPV negative time and duration of abnormal secretions,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,cervical inflammation score,and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The HPV negative rate in the study group was 69.39%and 95.92%after 1 and 3 months of treatment,which was higher than 46.94%and 81.63%in the control group;the total effective rate of treatment was 93.88%,which was higher than 79.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.074,P=0.024;χ^(2)=5.108,P=0.025;χ^(2)=4.346,P=0.037).The HPV negative time and the duration of abnormal secretions in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes and cervical inflammation between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes and cervical inflammation in the study group were lower than those in the control group after 1 and 3 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were similar,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and interferonα-2b gel can promote HPV in cervical HPV infection patients to turn negative,improve TCM symptoms,reduce cerv
