摘　　要：目的分析还少胶囊对女性月经不调的影响。方法随机选取2017年1月—2019年12月该院门诊收治的80例月经不调患者为研究对象,随机分为一般组和治疗组,每组40例。一般组行常规调经治疗,治疗组行还少胶囊治疗,观察两组症状积分、有效率、不良反应情况,并评估月经不调患者的满意度。结果用药后,两组月经不调患者症状积分均下降,且治疗组症状积分低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.938、8.697、7.054,P<0.001)。治疗组有效率(97.50%)高于一般组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025)。治疗组不良反应发生率(5.00%)低于一般组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P=0.023)。治疗组月经不调治疗满意度评分高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.648、3.022、3.057、3.673,P<0.05)。结论还少胶囊的作用显著,可恢复月经周期,纠正月经量,且安全性高,获得月经不调人群的高度满意。Objective To analyze the effect of Huanshao Capsule on women with irregular menstruation.Methods Randomly selected 80 patients with irregular menstruation admitted to the outpatient clinic of the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the general group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The general group received routine menstrual regulation treatment,and the treatment group received Huanshao capsule treatment.The symptom scores,effective rates,and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,and the satisfaction of patients with irregular menstruation was evaluated.Results After the medication,the symptom score of the two groups of patients with irregular menstruation decreased,and the symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the general group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.938,8.697,7.054,P<0.001).The effective rate(97.50%)of the treatment group was higher than that of the general group(82.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(5.00%)was lower than that in the general group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P=0.023).The treatment satisfaction score for irregular menstruation in the treatment group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.648,3.022,3.057,3.673,P<0.05).Conclusion Huanshao Capsule has a significant effect,can restore the menstrual cycle,correct the menstrual volume,and has high safety,which is highly satisfactory for people with irregular menstruation.
