早期肠内营养联合益生菌治疗脓毒血症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究早期肠内营养联合益生菌治疗脓毒血症的临床效果。方法便利选择2019年1月—2021年1月该院收治的脓毒血症患者60例,采用随机抽取法分为两组,A组(n=30)单独给予早期肠内营养治疗,B组(n=30)给予早期肠内营养与益生菌联合治疗,对比两组的治疗结果。结果治疗后,B组治疗总有效率96.67%相较于A组的73.33%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05);B组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)以及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平相较于A组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.376、5.416、2.504,P<0.05);而B组的机械通气、抗生素使用以及住院时间相较于A组明显更短,差异有统计学意义(t=13.388、17.880、11.867,P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养与益生菌联合用于脓毒血症患者治疗效果理想,可更快改善患者的临床症状,增强机体免疫能力,促进患者的疾病康复。Objective To study the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition combined with probiotics in the treatment of sepsis.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,60 cases patients with sepsis admitted to the hospital were divided into two groups by random selection.Group A(n=30)received early enteral nutrition alone.Group B(n=30)was given early enteral nutrition combined with probiotics to compare the treatment results of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in group B was 96.67%compared with 73.33%in group A,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.376,5.416,2.504,P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation,antibiotic use and hospital stay of group B were significantly shorter than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.388,17.880,11.867,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of early enteral nutrition and probiotics for patients with sepsis is ideal.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients more quickly,enhance the body's immune ability,and promote the recovery of patients from the disease.
