普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合保妇康栓在绝经后萎缩性阴道炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合保妇康栓在绝经后萎缩性阴道炎患者中的应用效果。方法方便选取2020年1月—2021年7月在该院接受治疗的绝经后萎缩性阴道炎患者108例,采用双盲分组法分为观察组和对照组,各54例。对照组采用常规保妇康栓进行治疗,观察组采用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合保妇康栓进行治疗,比较两组患者实验室指标检测情况、症状评分改善情况以及治疗有效率。结果治疗后,观察组患者阴道pH值(4.12±0.22)低于对照组的(5.25±0.25),E_(2)水平(59.21±2.10)pg/mL高于对照组的(49.27±2.16)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=24.935、24.246,P<0.05),两组子宫内膜厚度相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.389,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者阴道健康评分(15.22±1.13)分高于对照组的(11.62±1.41)分,阴道症状评分(3.14±1.05)分低于对照组的(6.21±1.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.641、15.411,P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(98.15%>79.63%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.375,P<0.05)。结论临床将普罗雌烯阴道胶丸以及保妇康栓应用于绝经后萎缩性阴道炎患者中,能够有效改善患者阴道pH值及E2水平,改善阴道临床炎症,提高治疗有效率,促进炎症恢复。Objective To investigate the application effect of proestrene vaginal capsules combined with Baofukang suppository in postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis patients.Methods 108 patients with postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis treated in the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each by double blind grouping method.The control group was treated with conventional Baofukang suppository,and the observation group was treated with Progesterone vaginal capsules combined with Baofukang suppository.The laboratory indexes,symptom score improvement and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the vaginal pH value(4.12±0.22)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(5.25±0.25),and the E_(2) level(59.21±2.10)pg/mL was higher than that of the control group(49.27±2.16)pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=24.935,24.246,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(t=0.389,P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a vaginal health score(15.22±1.13)points was higher than that of the control group(11.62±1.41)points,and the score of vaginal symptoms(3.14±1.05)points was lower than that of the control group(6.21±1.02)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=14.641,15.411,P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(98.15%>79.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.375,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of promestriene vaginal capsules and Baofukang suppository to patients with postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis can effectively improve the vaginal pH and E2 levels of the patients,improve the clinical inflammation of the vagina,increase the effective rate of treatment,and promote the recovery of inflammation.
