活性银离子抗菌液治疗儿童口腔溃疡临床疗效的探究

摘　　要：目的分析在儿童口腔溃疡的临床治疗中应用活性银离子抗菌液的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院2018年6月—2019年6月收诊的100例口腔溃疡患儿,依据入院顺序随机数表分组法将其分为观察组(n=50,使用活性银离子抗菌液开展局部治疗干预)和参照组(n=50,使用康复新液给予局部治疗干预)。对比两组口腔溃疡患儿的临床治疗总有效率、止痛时间和溃疡创面愈合时间、VAS疼痛评分以及患儿的用药依从性。结果两组治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿用药依从性显著优于参照组(80.0%>40.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.667,P<0.05)。观察组患儿口腔溃疡的止痛时间显著短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的口腔溃疡创面愈合时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛程度均得到明显的改善,治疗前后组内VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与参照组相比,观察组的VAS评分情况明显较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童口腔溃疡的治疗中应用活性银离子抗菌液,对于加快溃疡创面愈合速度、有效缓解疼痛、改善临床症状具有非常显著的效果,儿童用药依从性高,值得应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of active silver ion antibacterial liquid in the clinical treatment of children's oral ulcers.Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of oral ulcers admitted in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.They were divided into observation group(n=50,using active silver ion antibacterial liquid for local treatment Intervention)and the reference group(n=50,using Kangfuxin liquid for local treatment intervention)according to the randomly number grouping method of admission sequence.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,pain relief time and ulcer wound healing time,VAS pain score and medication compliance of the two groups of children with oral ulcers were compared.Results The total effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The medication compliance of children in the observation group was significantly better than the reference group(80.0%>40.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.667,P<0.05).The pain relief time of oral ulcers in the observation group was significantly shorter than that the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The oral ulcer wound healing time of the two groups of children was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain levels of the two groups were significantly improved.The VAS score between the two groups before and after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of active silver ion antibacterial liquid in the treatment of oral ulcers in children has a very significant effect on accelerating the ulcer wound healing,effectively relieving pain,and improving clinical symptoms.Children have high medication compliance and are worthy of application.
