中医护理干预对提高新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光箱照射治疗依从性效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预对提高新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光箱照射治疗依从性效果分析。方法方便选取2018年10月—2020年10月该院收治的142例高胆红素血症新生儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=71例)和观察组(n=71例)。两组新生儿均采取蓝光箱照射治疗;对照组予以常规护理模式,观察组则在此基础上采用中医护理干预措施。比较两组治疗依从度情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组患儿治疗总依从度88.73%高于对照组73.24%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.534,P=0.019);观察组出现败血症、瘀斑、肝脾肿大、皮疹的总并发症发生率5.63%低于对照组19.72%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.362,P=0.012)。结论针对高胆红素新生儿的临床护理中,中医护理干预措施具有较高的应用价值增加治疗依从性,减少护理并发症发生情况,提升患儿生命安全,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on improving the compliance of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with blue light box irradiation treatment.Methods 142 cases of hyperbilirubinemia neonates admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(n=71 cases)and an observation group(n=71 cases).The newborns in the two groups were treated with blue light box irradiation;the control group was treated with conventional nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention measures on this basis.The treatment compliance and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance of children in the observation group was 88.73%higher than that in the control group 73.24%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.534,P=0.019).The total complication rate of sepsis,ecchymosis,hepatosplenomegaly,and rash in the observation group was 5.63%lower than that in the control group(19.72%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.362,P=0.012).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of neonates with high bilirubin,traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention measures have high application value to increase treatment compliance,reduce the occurrence of nursing complications,and improve the life safety of patients.It is worthy of promotion and application.
