摘  要:陕建丝路创发中心1#楼结构高度200m,采用框架-核心筒混合结构体系,底部5层外框架存在部分楼板不连续,形成多层通高,进而产生薄弱层、软弱层、大长细比穿层柱等超限项。重点分析了底部通高层采用不同组装模式时结构侧向刚度比的分布变化情况,探讨了底部通高层对外框架分担剪力比、倾覆力矩比的影响。通过等效弹性反应谱分析、弹塑性时程分析,对结构在中、大震下的抗震性能进行了分析与评估。对底部加强部位剪力墙、框架柱采取了加强措施,对30m通高穿层柱进行了大震稳定性分析,保证结构底部薄弱部位不发生集中破坏。结果表明,对核心筒剪力墙和框架柱采取加强措施后,可较好地解决底部存在多层通高穿层柱的框架-核心筒结构薄弱层或软弱层问题;钢板剪力墙能明显提高剪力墙的刚度和承载力,控制大震作用下剪力墙底部加强部位在中度损伤范围内。结构可以实现预期的性能目标。Shaanxi Construction Silk Road Chuangfa Center 1# building with a structural height of 200 m adopted the frame-core tube hybrid structure system. The external frame of the bottom five floors characterized by a large number of floor discontinuities, forming multi-story through height. Thus resulting in some ultra-limit items such as weak layers and large slenderness ratio cross-multi-story columns. The lateral stiffness ratio distribution of the structures with different assembly modes for through height layers at the bottom were mainly analyzed, and the effects of multi-story through height at the bottom on shear ratio and overturning moment ratio of external frame was investigated. The structural seismic performance during the design and rare earthquakes was analyzed and evaluated using the equivalent elastic response spectrum analysis and inelastic time history analysis. The shear walls and frame columns at the bottom strengthening zones were strengthened. Moreover, the stability analysis subjected the rare earthquakes of a 30 m cross-multi-story column was carried out, to ensure that the concentrated failure will not occur in spite of the weak part at the bottom of the structure. The results show that the problem of weak layers of the frame-core tube structure with the cross-multi-story columns at the bottom can be addressed adopting strengthening the core tube shear wall and frame column. The steel plate shear wall can significantly improve the stiffness and bearing capacity of the shear wall, and control the bottom reinforced part of the shear walls within the moderate damage under rare earthquakes. The expected performance objectives of the structures can be achieved.
