项群训练理论视角下的军事体育训练研究

摘　　要：项群训练理论是现阶段运动训练学的重要理论体系之一,有效指导着学校体育、竞技体育、社会体育的发展,解决了诸多运动训练中的现实瓶颈问题。新大纲的颁布实施,对军队院校军事基础教学训练提出了较高的要求,科目属性、内在联系、训练规律等新问题急需解决。为此,从项群训练理论相关理论入手,从理论层面上,详细阐释了项群训练理论的内涵概念和军事训练学意义;从实践层面上,以军队院校教学大纲(SZ-JC-02试训稿)为依据,以空军地面军事体育训练科目为例,进行项群划分、项群特征、核心能力、方法手段等诸多方面的分析与研究,旨在进一步丰富军事训练理论体系,提升军事训练质量效益,为打牢过硬军事素质提供有效的训练理论与方法。Event Group Training theory is one of the important theoretical systems of sports training at the present stage,which effectively guides the development of school sports,competitive sports and social sports,and solves many practical bottleneck problems in sports training.The promulgation and implementation of the new outline poses a great challenge to military basic teaching and training in military colleges.New problems such as subject attributes,internal relations and training laws need to be solved urgently.Therefore,starting with the relevant theories of event group training theory,this paper explains in detail the development process,connotation concept and military training significance from the theoretical level;From the practical level,based on the military college syllabus(SZ-JC-02 trial training draft)and taking the air force ground military sports training course as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the event group division,event group characteristics,core competence,methods means,in order to further enrich the military training theoretical system,improve the quality and efficiency of military training,and provide effective training theories and methods for strengthening excellent military quality.
