摘 要:为了提高天然砂卵石料的筛分效率和成品石料级配稳定,该文从工艺规模、流程和设备选型等方面介绍了一种骨料筛分与洗料废水回用集成技术。通过在筛分前设置粗碎设备,在筛分系统内部对超径料增设细碎环节并形成闭路循环进行二次筛分。三级沉淀池内设有绕流挡板和上坡道,增加废水的流动路径和沉淀时间,并将沉淀后的清水循环用于砂料的洗泥脱水。工程效果表明,该技术能够避免出现骨料超逊径问题,具有废水资源可循环利用的特点。In order to improve the screening efficiency of natural sand and pebble materials and the stability of finished stone grading,this paper introduces an integrated technology of aggregate screening and waste water reuse from the aspects of process scale,process flow and equipment selection.By setting up coarse crushing equipment before screening,fine crushing links are added to the oversize materials in the screening system to form a closed cycle for secondary screening.The three-stage sedimentation tank is equipped with flow baffle and up ramp to increase the flow path and sedimentation time of wastewater,and the precipitated clean water is recycled for mud washing and dewatering of sand materials.The engineering effect shows that this technology can avoid the problem of over and under diameter of aggregate,and has the characteristics of recycling wastewater resources.
