摘　　要：目的 探讨巴彦淖尔市农村中老年人砷中毒与骨关节炎的关系。方法 对巴彦淖尔市832名年满45周岁的农村中老年人进行一对一访谈式问卷调查。采用多因素logistic回归探究饮水型砷中毒与骨关节炎的关系。结果 调研对象中,8.29%患有轻度及以上的饮水型砷中毒,28.73%被县级及以上的医疗机构诊断为患有骨关节炎。轻度及以上饮水型砷中毒者患骨关节炎的发生风险增加77%[adjusted odds ratio(AOR),1.77;95%confidence interval(CI),1.03~3.03]。结论 饮水型砷中毒可增加患骨关节炎的风险,需要进一步采取相关措施提供清洁饮用水,预防饮水型砷中毒的发生,减少农村中老年人患骨关节炎的风险。Objective To investigate the association of arsenicosis and osteoarthritis among middle-aged and old people in rural areas of Bayannur.Methods A one-to-one questionnaire survey was conducted among 832 rural middle-aged and old people over 45 years in Bayannur.Multivariate logistic regression was used to explore the association between arsenicosis through drinking water and osteoarthritis.Results Among all subjects, 8.29% suffered from mild or above arsenicosis through drinking water, and 28.73% were diagnosed with osteoarthritis by hospitals county level or above.The risk of osteoarthritis increased by 77%[adjusted odds ratio(AOR),1.77;95% confidence interval(CI),1.03-3.03] under the effect of arsenicosis.Conclusions Arsenicosis could increase the risk of osteoarthritis among rural middle-aged and old people.It is necessary to take more measures to provide clean drinking water to prevent arsenicosis, which could reduce osteoarthritis in rural middle-aged and old people.
