摘　　要：基于煤炭行业面临的严峻转型压力和地热能资源开发具有的发展潜力,研判认为当前正值煤炭行业向地热能资源开发拓展转型的机遇期。从技术、设施设备、工程建设与服务能力等方面重点分析了煤炭行业向地热能资源开发拓展转型的基础与优势,基于SWOT分析提出了以煤炭行业现有技术装备为支撑开展地热关键技术攻关与装备研发,以煤矿现有工程设施为基础推进矿井煤热共采工程建设,以煤炭行业现有工程服务能力为依托拓展地热专业化服务,以煤炭行业现有专业人才为主体打造专业化地热开发队伍等煤炭行业向地热能资源开发拓展转型的四大路径,以期为煤炭行业转型发展和实现碳中和目标提供思路和参考。Based on the severe transformation pressure faced by the coal industry and the development potential of geothermal energy resource development, it is concluded that the current coal industry is in an opportunity period for the expansion and transformation of geothermal energy resource development. From the aspects of technology, facilities and equipment, engineering construction and service capabilities, the foundation and advantages of the coal industry’s transformation to the development and expansion of geothermal energy resources are analyzed. Equipment research and development, based on the existing engineering facilities of the coal mine to promote the construction of the coal-thermal co-mining project in the mine, expand the professional geothermal service based on the existing engineering service capabilities of the coal industry, and create a professional geothermal development with the existing professionals in the coal industry as the main body The four major paths for the coal industry such as the team to expand and transform to the development of geothermal energy resources are expected to provide ideas and references for the transformation and development of the coal industry and to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.
