摘　　要：系统分析资源型城市产业发展的特征,梳理了我国资源型城市转型发展的政策;总结了国内外资源型城市产业转型发展的相关案例,凝练出产业转型发展模式的经验与主要做法。根据产业优势比较的理论方法,建立了产业优势比较的指标体系,并进行了相关实践研究,提出资源型城市产业转型发展的主要路径与政策建议。This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of the industrial development of resource-based cities, and sorts out the policies for the transformation and development of resource-based cities in China. According to the theoretical method of industrial advantage comparison, the index system of industrial advantage comparison is established, relevant practical research is carried out, and the main paths and policy suggestions for the industrial transformation and development of resource-based cities are put forward.
