摘 要:在国家推进供给侧结构改革后,煤炭行业营销管理面临着新的挑战,生产经营难度系数不断增加。分析了煤炭企业营销管理存在的问题,指出现有煤炭企业营销管理缺乏健全的煤炭营销管理体系、营销管理观念落后、缺乏对市场的精准调研、煤炭营销管理人员的综合素质有待提升等问题。在此基础上提出相应的对策措施:树立现代营销管理理念、强化营销管控力度以及提升营销管理人员综合素质,以期提升煤炭行业营销管理水平,促进煤炭产业的健康可持续发展。After the state promotes the reform of the supply-side structure, the marketing management of the coal industry is facing new challenges, and the difficulty coefficient of production and operation is increasing. In order to practice Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and promote the high-quality development of the coal industry, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the coal enterprise marketing management and the status quo of the coal industry, and points out that the existing coal enterprise marketing management lacks sound coal marketing management. System and marketing management concepts are backward,lack of accurate market research, and the overall quality of coal marketing management personnel needs to be improved. On this basis,corresponding countermeasures are put forward: establish a modern marketing management concept, strengthen marketing management and control, and improve the comprehensive quality of marketing management personnel, in order to improve the marketing management level of the coal industry and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the coal industry.
