摘  要:北京某办公建筑水源热泵中央空调系统改造后,新更换热泵机组频频出现报警情况。本文根据热泵机组报警显示,并通过对相关设备及系统进行现场测试,发现1#热泵机组的报警原因是井水进机组流量过高,导致冷凝器温度过低,不满足热泵机组的运行工况;3#热泵机组报警原因是启动时间过短,导致液压油滞留在冷凝器、蒸发器中。针对上述问题,工作人员进行了现场调试,并给出了该水源热泵系统优化运行策略和改造方案,希望能对相关水源热泵改造项目起到借鉴作用。After the renovation of the central air conditioning system of water source heat pump in an office building in Beijing,the newly replaced heat pump units frequently gave alarms.Based on the alarm display of the heat pump unit,and through the field test of the relevant equipment and system,it is found that the alarm reason of the 1# heat pump unit is that the flow rate of the well water into the unit is too high,which leads to the low temperature of the condenser and does not meet the operating conditions of the heat pump unit.The alarm of 3# heat pump is due to the reason that the start-up time is too short,resulting in hydraulic oil retention in the condenser and evaporator.In view of the above problems,the staff conducted field debugging,and gave the optimal operation strategy and transformation scheme of the water source heat pump system,hoping to provide reference for the relevant water source heat pump transformation projects.
