摘　　要：文章在了解国内外相关研究文献的前提下,探究了新冠肺炎疫情背景下,影响地方政府公信力的因素,得出了以下研究结论:(1)新冠肺炎疫情背景下我国地方政府的公信力水平平均得分为3.14,这表明社会公众对政府的认可及信任程度是相对较高的。(2)性别、年龄、政治面貌、受教育程度等人口变量对地方政府公信力下的政府公平公正水平、政府治理效果、政府服务质量等三个维度变量产生的影响存在差异。(3)公平公正水平、政府服务质量、政府治理效果等三个变量维度与地方政府公信力之间存在显著的正相关关系,可以通过对这些变量的评价来正向预测地方政府的公信力。This paper,on the premise of reviewing relevant research literature at home and abroad,explored the influence factors for the credibility of local government in the context of COVID-19 pandemic,and came to the following research conclusions:(1)the credibility of local governments in China during COVID-19 pandemic scored an average of 3.14,suggesting a relatively high social public recognition and trust in governments;(2)demographic variables such as gender,age,political status and education level had different influences on the three dimensional variables of the credibility of local governments including government fairness and justice,government governance effect and government service quality;(3)there was a significant positive correlation between the three dimensional variables,government fairness and justice,government service quality and government governance effect,and the credibility of local governments,thus,the credibility of local governments could be positively predicted through the evaluation of these variables.
