摘　　要：目的调查目前医院医护人员和就诊患者对医疗意外险的认知状况,了解医疗意外险临床应用水平。方法选取江苏省内五家三级医院的在职医护人员和就诊患者开展问卷调查。结果77.4%的医护人员认为医疗纠纷带给医务人员的影响非常大或比较大,59.8%的医护人员认为医疗意外险能够减少医疗纠纷的发生;仅30.4%的医护人员和31.1%的患者对医疗意外险了解;55.6%的患者认为政府应该给就诊患者主动购买医疗意外险。结论医护人员和患者对医疗意外险的认知水平普遍偏低,政府应加大推广和实施医疗意外险;应制定合适的医疗意外险购买索赔制度,明确责任和义务,切实降低医疗意外发生时患者的经济负担,减少医疗纠纷,改善医患关系。Objective To investigate the current status of medical staff and patients’cognition of medical accident insurance,and to know about the clinical application of medical accident insurance.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical staff and patients in five tertiary general hospitals of Jiangsu Province.Results 77.4%of the medical staff believed that the impact of medical disputes on medical staff was very large or relatively large,and 59.8%believed that medical accident insurance could reduce the occurrence of medical disputes;However,only 30.4%of the medical staff and 31.1%of the patients knew about medical accident insurance.55.6%of the patients thought that the government should proactively purchase medical accident insurance for the patients.Conclusions Medical staff and patients generally have a low level of awareness of medical accident insurance.The government should enhance the promotion and implementation of medical accident insurance.In addition,a suitable medical accident insurance purchase claim system should be formulated to clarify responsibilities and obligations,so as to effectively ease the financial burden of patients,reduce medical disputes,and improve doctor-patient relations when medical accidents occur.
