摘　　要：目的了解江西省农村人居环境现状及其变化趋势,探讨影响农村人居环境改善的因素,为政府制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法采用熵权TOPSIS法,紧扣农村环境整治、改水、改厕、垃圾污水处理、村容村貌和土壤卫生六个方面的10个评价指标,对2016—2020年江西省农村人居环境进行了综合分析和评价。结果2016—2020年10个评价指标的水平均呈现上升的趋势。熵权法得到权重较大的3个指标分别为卫生城镇创建率、生活污水处理率、集中式供水人口覆盖率。TOPSIS评分显示,不同年度中,农村人居环境卫生质量从优到劣排序依次为2020年、2019年、2018年、2017年和2016年;不同区域中,赣南地区的环境卫生质量优于中部地区和赣北地区。结论江西省农村人居环境环境卫生质量总体向好,环境整治、改水和污水治理是影响江西省农村人居环境改善的主要因素,应加强多元化资金投入,建立长效管理机制,充分调动广大群众参与人居环境建设。Objective To know about the current situation and change trend of rural residential environment in Jiangxi Province,to explore the factors affecting its improvement,and to provide scientific basis for the government to formulate relevant policies.Methods The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the rural residential environment in Jiangxi Province from 2016 to 2020,using 10 evaluation indexes of 6 dimensions including environmental improvement,water improvement,toilet improvement,garbage and sewage treatment,village appearance and soil sanitation.Results The level of ten indexes showed an upward trend during 2016 to 2020.The result of entropy weight showed that the construction rate of sanitary cities and towns,the domestic sewage treatment rate and population coverage of centralized water supply had higher weights.TOPSIS scores showed that as for rural residential environmental health quality the order in years from good to bad was 2020,2019,2018,2017 and 2016.The quality of environmental sanitation in southern Jiangxi was better than that in central and northern Jiangxi.Conclusions The sanitation quality of rural residential environment in Jiangxi Province is generally good.The main factors affecting the improvement are environmental clean-up,water improvement and sewage treatment.Therefore,we should strengthen diversified capital investment,establish a long-term management mechanism,and arouse the enthusiasm of the residents to participate in the construction of residential environment.
