摘　　要：张士卿教授认为敏毒是引起超敏反应性疾病的关键病因,围绕超敏反应性疾病发生、发展及演变,阐述了敏毒的概念以及敏毒伤人后随经络流窜,侵袭官窍、五体、脏腑等处,有着“五类症”(肺系症状、脾胃系症状、肾系症状、肢体经络症状、气血津液症状)“五特性”(暴戾性、广泛性、兼夹性、多变性、顽固性)的临床表现和致病特点等,揭示了敏毒是导致超敏反应性疾病的一类特异性致病因素。张教授将传统中医病因学与现代中医病因学理论融会贯通,不但丰富了该类疾病的中医学理论基础,而且为该类疾病的中医学认知和临床防治策略提供了新的思路和方向,具有指导临床实践的现实意义。This paper summarizes the professor ZHANG Shiqing’s clinical experience in hypersensitive diseases based on hypersensitive toxic from etiology of traditional Chinese medicine and holds that hypersensitive toxic is the key cause of this disease,revolving around the occurrence,development and evolution of hypersensitive diseases,it expounds the concept of hypersensitive toxic.After hurting the patients,the hypersensitive toxic flows throughout meridians and attacks body orifices,five tissues and viscera,and it shows the clinical manifestations involving“five types of symptoms”(lung system symptom,spleen and stomach system symptom,kidney system symptom,limb meridians symptom,qi,blood and body fluid symptom)and“five characteristics”(violence,extensiveness,concurrence,variability and intractability)and pathogenic characters,all of which reveals that hypersensitive toxic is a kind of specific pathogenic factors incurring hypersensitive diseases.He brings the etiology of traditional Chinese medicine and that of modern Chinese medicine together and understands thoroughly,which not only enriches the basis of traditional Chinese medicine theory for this type of disease,but also provides new thinking and direction for Chinese medicine cognition and clinical preventive treatment strategies for it,having practical significance to guide clinical practice.
