摘　　要：吴丽萍主任医师认为小儿功能性腹痛的基本病机为气机不利,脾胃肠腑气滞,不通则通,基本治法以调肝理脾、行气止痛为主,自拟调脾理气方治疗小儿功能性腹痛肝脾不和型,方证契合,收效显著。附典型验案1则,以资验证。Archiater WU Liping holds that the basic pathogenesis of functional abdominal pain in children is the dysfunction of qi activity,qi stagnation in the spleen,stomach,and intestines,and stagnation leading to pain.The basic treatment is mainly to regulate the liver and spleen,promoting qi flow to stop pain.Self-made Tiaopi Liqi Fang(调脾理气方)is used to treat functional abdominal pain in children with disharmony between liver and spleen type,whereby prescription corresponds to symptoms and has obtained marked efficacy.One typical case is attached for verification.
