浅谈高龄女性的围孕期中西医结合体质调理

摘　　要：随着“全面二孩”政策的开放,高龄女性占生育人群的比例上升,现从现代医学及中医学两方面了解高龄女性的生殖功能状况。根据高龄女性卵巢储备功能逐渐下降、卵泡逐渐耗竭的生理特点,故采用“补肾调周”法及调补冲脉来调理月经周期;同时,高龄女性借助辅助生殖技术时要注意子宫内膜的调理,孕后也要积极补肾安胎。总之,通过中西医结合的方法做好高龄女性围孕期的管理,选择个体化的助孕方式是目前妇科医生共同探索的方向。With the opening of the"comprehensive two-child"policy,the proportion of elderly women in the reproductive population has increased.We understand the reproductive function of elderly women from modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.According to the physiological characteristics of gradually declining ovarian reserve and gradually depleting follicles in elderly women,the method of"tonifying the kidney and regulating theweek"and regulating the Chongmai are used to regulate the menstrual cycle;At the same time,elderly women should pay attention to the conditioning of the endometrium when using assisted reproductive technology,and should also actively nourish the kidneys after pregnancy.In a word,it is our common exploration direction to do a good job in the management of elderly women’s peri-pregnancy through the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and to choose individualized ways to assist pregnancy.
