摘　　要：目的:探讨心脾同治对气虚血瘀兼水饮型慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能和生活质量的影响,为提高CHF疗效提供参考。方法:将64例CHF患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。两组患者均采用内科常规治疗,观察组联用李东垣清暑益气汤,疗程均为4周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、6 min步行距离(6MWD)和明尼苏达生存质量问卷(MLHFQ)评分。结果:观察组临床有效率(87.5%)明显高于观察组(65.6%)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分、6MWD及MLHFQ评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、MLHFQ评分均明显低于对照组,6MWD明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心脾同治对气虚血瘀兼水饮型CHF疗效确切,可以明显改善患者的心功能,提高患者运动耐力和生活质量。Objective:To explore the effects on cardiac function and quality of life of heart and spleen treatment on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)with Qi deficiency blood stasis and Shuiyin to provide reference for improving the curative effect of CHF.Methods:Total 64 patients with heart failure were divided into control group and treatment group by random number method,32 cases in each group.The control group were given routine anti-heart failure treatment.The treatment group were additionally given LI Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi decoction.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,6 MWT and MLHFQ score were observed.Results:The total effectiverate of the treatment group(87.5%)was significantly higher than the control group(65.6%).The TCM syndrome score,6 MWT and MLHFQ score of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heart and spleen treatment can improve the heart function and quality of life of CHF patients.
