摘　　要：中医人才培养一直面存在高水平临床人才培养难的问题。现以中医核心素质为切入点,与中医专硕培养为对象,寻找有效培养中医临床人才的突破口,其中的关键焦点是如何在医教协同化的改革中,确保和彰显人才培养的中医特色,对此文章介绍了所在院校进行的一系列书院式改革的举措及成效,以供同行借鉴参考。It is difficult to cultivate high-level clinical talents in TCM.This article for the core of traditional Chinese medicine quality as the breakthrough point,and professional master’s cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine as object,find effective cultivating talents of traditional Chinese medicine clinical breakthrough,the key issue is how in psychiatry,coordinated reform,ensure and show the features of talent cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine,this article introduces in colleges and universities to a series of measures and achievements of the reform of college type,to provide reference for the colleague reference.
