摘 要:体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)是有效的心肺辅助支持技术。急性肾损伤是应用ECMO者常见的并发症,发病率及病死率高,严重影响患者预后。连续性肾脏替代治疗对应用ECMO并发急性肾损伤患者的病情改善有重要作用,但目前关于ECMO联合连续性肾脏替代治疗的研究较少且结论存在争议。本文就连续性肾脏替代治疗在应用ECMO并发急性肾损伤患者中作用的研究进展作一综述。Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)has become an effective technology for cardiopulmonary auxiliary support in ICU.Acute kidney injury is a common complication of ECMO,with a high morbidity and mortality,and it seriously affects the prognosis.Continuous renal replacement therapy plays an important role in alleviating acute kidney injury in patients receiving ECMO.There are few and highly controversial studies on the application of continuous renal replacement therapy combined with ECMO in critically ill patients.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of continuous renal replacement therapy in treating acute kidney injury in patients receiving ECMO.
