摘  要:武汉绿地中心主塔楼结构高度475m,采用了12根巨柱+核心筒+9道环带桁架+3道伸臂桁架+角部巨柱间支撑的抗侧力体系。环带桁架的弦杆在平面上紧贴弧形的建筑边界布置,在立面上随建筑的形体也有一定角度的倾斜;同时,相邻设备层之间的楼层次结构重力柱也支承于环带桁架上,使其成为中国目前400m以上级超高层建筑中首个兼作次结构转换桁架的空间异形环带桁架结构。通过分别建立ETABS杆系模型与ANSYS整体板壳有限元模型,研究了重力柱作用下空间异形环带桁架在竖向荷载下的受力特点以及相应的结构设计对策;基于空间向量理论并结合建筑需求,研究并建立了空间异形环带桁架的定位设计方法;针对重力柱与环带桁架连接关键节点,开展了节点构造设计,并进行了节点有限元分析;采用拆除构件法对环桁架进行了抗连续倒塌分析,以确保结构有合理的冗余度。目前项目主体结构已经封顶,证明了上述分析、研究及设计对策保障了异形环带桁架及整个结构的安全性。The height of Wuhan Greenland Center main tower is 475 m. Its lateral force resistance system is 12 mega columns + core tube + 9 belt trusses + 3 outriggers + braces between mega columns in the corner. The truss chords of belt truss are arranged closely to the arc-shaped building boundary on the plane, and the facade is also inclined at a certain angle with the shape of the building;meanwhile, gravity columns of the substructure between adjacent equipment floors are also supported by the belt truss, which makes it be the first irregular spatial belt truss structure as a secondary structure conversion truss in the current super high-rise buildings above 400 m in China. By establishing the ETABS rod system model and the ANSYS integral plate and shell finite element model respectively, the force characteristics of the irregular spatial belt truss under vertical load from the gravity columns and the corresponding structural design countermeasures were researched. Based on the space vector theory and combined with architectural requirements, the positioning design method of irregular spatial belt truss was established. For the key the connection joint between gravity column and belt truss, the special joint structure design was carried out and the finite element analysis of the joint was also carried out. Preventing progressive collapse analysis of the belt truss was performed carried out by using the method of dismantling components to ensure reasonable redundancy in the structure. At present, the main structure of the project has been capped, which proves that the above analysis, research and design countermeasures ensure the safety of the irregular belt truss and the whole structure.
