摘 要:随着高层及超高层建筑的不断发展,出现了扭转体型的结构。在承受荷载作用时,扭转体型结构受力与常规结构有较大的不同。搜集了国内外已经建成的扭转体型高层建筑结构的案例,并按照结构实现方式对其进行了分类。选择最具代表性的框架-核心筒结构体系作为研究对象,分析了扭转体型高层建筑结构的受力特点。对此类扭转结构独有的楼层附加扭矩产生原因进行了讨论,并提出变角度扭转框架-核心筒结构的附加扭矩计算公式。通过建立一系列的数值分析模型,从结构整体和构件受力两个层面对典型的扭转体型高层建筑结构在竖向重力荷载及水平地震作用下的受力性能进行了较为全面的分析。With the continuous development of high-rise and super high-rise buildings, torsional structure appeared. When subjected to load, force bearing of the torsional structure is quite different from the conventional structure. The cases of torsional high-rise building structure built in China and abroad were collected and classified according to the structural realization method. The most representative frame-core tube structure system was selected as the research object, and the force characteristics of torsional high-rise building structure were analyzed. The causes of floor additional torque unique to such torsional structure were discussed, and the additional torque calculation formula of variable-angle torsion frame-core tube structure was proposed. Through the establishment of a series of numerical analysis models, the mechanical performance of typical torsional high-rise building structure under vertical gravity load and horizontal earthquake were comprehensively analyzed at the overall structure and component stress level.
