摘 要:目的 分析比较酸枣仁不同炮制品和不同配伍方式有效成分的含量。方法 以《金匮要略》中酸枣仁汤制备方法为参考优化提取方法,采用紫外分光光度法比较各药物间总黄酮与总皂苷含量。结果 优化后制备工艺为取225g药材粗粉,加水1600mL浸泡1h后,在100℃下煎煮25min。酸枣的总黄酮和总皂苷含量均高于酸枣仁其他炮制品和其他配伍方式。结论 无论是单味药还是复方汤剂,酸枣的总皂苷,总黄酮含量均高于酸枣仁,这可为酸枣的药用开发和临床应用提供研究思路,也为酸枣仁汤标准汤剂的研究提供参考。OBJECTIVE To analyze and compare the contents of effective components in semen Ziziphi Spinosae of different processed products and different compatibility methods.METHODS According to the preparation method of Suanzaoren Decoction in Synopsis of the golden chamber,the extraction method was optimized,and the contents of total flavonoids and total saponins of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen processed by different methods and compatibility were compared by UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS The optimized preparation process was as follows:225g crude powder was soaked in 1600mL water for 1h,and then decocted at 100℃ for 25min.The content of total flavonoids and total saponins of sour jujube was higher than that of other processed products and other compatibility methods.CONCLUSION The content of total saponins and total flavonoids of sour jujube is higher than that of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen in both single medicine and compound decoction,which can provide research ideas for the medici-nal development and clinical application of sour jujube,and also provide reference for the research of standard de-coction of Suanzaoren Decoction.
